Mountain Biking Fact Sheet

The Mountain Biking Fact Sheet is available in two formats:

DOC – Microsoft Word document. You will require to have MS Word installed on your computer.
RTF – Rich Text Format. RTF documents can be opened in most word processing applications.

To download a fact sheet, right-click on a text link below and choose the “Save Target As… “ command. Alternatively, if you have a suitable word processor installed, click the appropriate link to open the document in a new window. You can then use the “File > Save As…” command to store the file on your computer. Close the window to return to this page.

Sunday Off-Road Rides

All rides leave from Walkers Cycling shop in Kilmaurs at 10am unless otherwise stated. Rides at other venues to be confirmed by contacting the shop (01563 544488 or email [email protected]) to coordinate transport etc.

All fitness levels are catered for but riders must be reasonably competent off road cyclists. Please come prepared for all weather conditions and with your bike in good working order. Riders must be self-sufficient, should preferably wear a helmet, and must carry at least one spare tube and a mobile phone.

All riders under 16 years of age must be accompanied on the run by a parent or guardian. Proof of age may be required
