Video-Finish, Timing & Results

Bunch Finishes - The Judge's Nightmare! A tightly packed group of 30 riders charging for the line - you can place the first three or so , but who got 6th and 7th? With prizes for the first 15 and ranking points down to 20th you can see trouble brewing. As a line judge or organiser you'll probably recognise that scenario only too well!

Using the latest digital video equipment, Walkers Cycling Services can record the finish and provide playback facilities to assist the judging team.

Video-Finish
Digital video recorded in full quality colour at 100 frames per second and played back frame by frame gives excellent results. Costing less than the full photo-finish service the video system is ideal for organisers working on a restricted budget. Banish argument - the video can be played back on a standard TV at the Race Headquarters for all to see. Your event judges will love you!

Timing and Results Service
Who was fastest? Walkers Cycling Services can provide a reliable timing, recording and results service for road and off-road racing or participation events. Event timing on highly accurate electronic printout equipment - to 100th of a second. We can accommodate events on or off the road - individual or mass start.

Results can be handled - from the initial timing and recording to the production of final results information. We can produce printed copies for governing body returns and for distribution to participants as well as electronic results for submission to websites.
