The BMX bike has been around since the 1980s when a 'BMX' was the bike that every boy and girl wanted.

BMX riding has become an established part of the UK cycling scene and, despite the arrival of the mountainbike, demand for single geared BMX machines remains high.

Whilst only a few of the BMX bikes sold are used for organised racing the sturdy BMX, some with a 360 degree giro rotor and stunt pegs, is still the 'bike of choice' for many youngsters.

Choosing a BMX Bike
We are a Haro BMX stockist and aim to have a small selection of Haro BMX bikes in stock at any time. We welcome children, accompanied by a parent or guardian, to view our BMX bikes and try them for size. Our experienced staff will help you choose the right bike for your child.

Our Service
Walkers Cycling take pride in the friendly, personal service we offer. The 'Walkers Cycling Price' of all new bikes sold by us is inclusive of VAT, full assembly, 21 point adjustment and safety check and a free 6-week service *. All our manufacturers offer a full warranty on all their products.

Stock Availability and Ordering
We aim to have a small selection of Haro BMX bikes in stock at any time. To avoid disappointment please phone, fax or email to check availability before traveling. Models not in stock can usually be ordered for delivery in a few days - subject to availability from the manufacturer. We can take a deposit to reserve your new bike - £30 or 25%, whichever is the greater - ride your new bike away when the balance has been paid.

Trade-in Your Old Bike
We have teamed up with a local charity bike recycling project to offer a £15 trade-in voucher in exchange for your old bike when you purchase a new BMX bicycle of wheel size 20" or above. The voucher gives you £15 to spend on parts and accessories on your new bike. See our Terms & Conditions page for full details.

* Every new child's bike purchased after 1st January 2012 qualifies for a free 6-week service.
