Standard Coaching Plans:

3 Month Goal Focussed Training Plan (12 weeks)

A detailed training & lifestyle plan with one-to-one support to help people to achieve aims in cycling.

Includes a lifetsyle audit, a weekly 'catch-up' call and a review for each month's plan.

Includes Personal Fitness Tests before and after undertaking the plan.

Individual Skills Plan

Includes a skills assessment and audit, skills improvement plan and skills training rides. Bike set-up and equipment are also covered..

Standard Consultation

A 2 hour consultation where an action plan is devised for the rider to apply him/her self.
